Product Overview
Product Usage
Polyvinyl chloride‑insulated control cable. This product is suitable for signal transmission, control, and measurement systems in metallurgical, power, petrochemical, and other industrial and mining enterprises, operating at an AC rated voltage of 450/750 V or lower.
Polyvinyl chloride‑insulated, flame‑retardant control cable. This product is characterized by its ability to prevent the spread of fire along cable circuits, thereby helping to contain fire incidents and minimize losses.
Polyvinyl chloride‑insulated, flame‑retardant, fire‑resistant control cable. This product is designed to ensure the continued normal operation of the cable circuit for a specified period under fire conditions, thereby facilitating crowd evacuation and the protection of critical facilities.
Usage characteristics
Rated voltage
The cable’s rated voltage U0/U is 450/750 V:
Conductor Rated Operating Temperature
The maximum rated operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70°C.
During a short circuit (with a maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 160°C.
Installation ambient temperature
The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0°C; otherwise, preheating is required.
Installation bending radius
a) For cables without an armor layer, the minimum bending radius shall be 6 times the cable’s outer diameter.
b) For cables with an armored or copper‑tape shielding structure, the minimum bending radius shall be no less than 12 times the cable’s outer diameter.
c) For flexible cables with a shielding layer, the minimum bending radius shall be no less than six times the cable’s outer diameter.
