Product Overview
Product Usage
It is suitable for the power supply systems of densely populated public venues such as subways, light rail, airports, high-rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, and schools, and is used for electrical connections of control signals in AC electrical appliances, instruments, electronic equipment, and automation devices with a rated voltage of 450 V/750 V or lower.
Implementation Standard
JB/T 10491-2004 “Cross-linked Polyolefin-insulated Wires and Cables with Rated Voltage of 450/750 V and Below”
GB 31247-2014 “Classification of Fire Performance for Cables and Optical Fibers”
GB/T 19666-2019 General Requirements for Flame-Retardant and Fire-Resistant Wires and Cables
Usage characteristics
1. The conductor’s long-term operating temperature is 90°C.
2. During a short circuit (with the maximum short-circuit duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250°C.
3. The cable installation temperature shall not be lower than 0°C. When installing at temperatures below 0°C, preheating shall be performed first.
4. Cable bending radius: ≥8D for single-core cables, ≥10D for multi-core cables. Here, D denotes the cable’s outer diameter in millimeters.
